“La Mandola eco Hostel” is an accommodation owned by the company Camping Serenella Srl.
Booking conditions
1. Rate conditions
- The BASIC rate includes overnight stay in the chosen private room type. On arrival the room will be dressed with bed linen and towels. No daily tidying up of the room with bed-making, but only cleaning of the bathroom. Change of towels and bed linen available on request for a fee.
- The PREMIUM rate includes overnight stay in the chosen private room type. On arrival, the room will be furnished with bed linen and towels. Hotel service will be provided with daily room tidying with bed making and towel change every second day and bed linen change every 7 nights.
- The DORM ROOM rate includes dormitory accommodation in a bunk bed, bed linen and towels. Change of towels and bed linen available on request for an extra charge.
2. Cancellation conditions
- FLEXIBLE rates can be cancelled free of charge up to 3 days prior to arrival. If cancellation is made less than 3 days before arrival, the first night's stay will be charged. A deposit of 30% of the booked stay must be paid by the date indicated on the booking confirmation.
- NON REFUNDABLE rates require a prepayment of the entire stay by the date indicated on the booking confirmation and cannot be refunded in case of cancellation or change of reservation or no-show.
In the event of late arrival or early departure all days booked must be paid in full.
3. Arrival and departure
Rooms and dormitory beds are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Early arrival or room release after the indicated time is available for a fee and subject to availability.
